 Delivery of Services

  1. IQ Score, IQ Certificate, and Detailed IQ Report: Once your payment is successfully processed, you will receive your IQ score, IQ certificate, and a detailed IQ report directly to the email address you provided during the registration or purchase process.

  1. Delivery Timeframe: Typically, the delivery of our services is instantaneous upon successful payment. However, in some cases, due to technical issues or high demand, there might be a delay. If you do not receive your services within 24 hours of making the payment, please contact our support team.

  1. Email Delivery: Please ensure that the email address you provide during the registration or purchase process is accurate. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect email addresses. Also, kindly check your spam/junk folder in case our email gets filtered there.

 Non-receipt of Services

If you do not receive your IQ score, IQ certificate, or detailed IQ report within the stipulated timeframe:

  1. Resolution: Our support team will work diligently to resolve any delivery issues. If it’s determined that the non-delivery is due to an error on our part, we will resend the services to your email address without any additional charge.

If we are unable to deliver the services due to technical issues from our end and cannot resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a refund. Please refer to our Refund Policy for more details.
