What is your question about?
Telling us which of these it is — and including the detail listed with it — usually saves a round trip. Each one also links to the page that answers it, in case that is quicker than waiting for us.
Your result or certificate
Include the email address you took the test with and the date you sat it. That is enough for us to pull the record up without asking you twice.
Billing or a refund
Include the email on the order and roughly when it was placed. The refund policy sets out what applies and is usually faster to read than to ask.
The assessment itself
How it is scored, which scale it reports on, what the confidence range means, or why a retest moved. Much of this is written up already.
What happens next
No ticket number, no automated reply that answers nothing, and no queue you cannot see the end of.
Your message arrives with us
It goes straight to the team that handles results, billing and the assessment — not to a general inbox that forwards it somewhere else first.
A person reads it
Every message is read by someone, not sorted by a bot. If you included your test email and date, that person can look your record up before replying.
You get a reply
We reply to all of them, to the address you gave us. If it has not appeared, check the spam folder before assuming it was missed — that is where most of them end up.
Writing about a result?
Two details do almost all the work: the email address you took the test with and the date you sat it. With those we can pull up the record and the certificate straight away. Without them the first reply is usually just us asking for them.

My result email never arrived. What now?
Check the spam or promotions folder first — that is where the majority of them turn up. If it is genuinely not there, write to us with the email address you took the test with and the date you sat it, and we will re-send it.
How do I get another copy of my IIF certificate?
Ask us and we will send it again. Include the email you tested with and the date, so we can find the right record. The certificate states your result, the scale it was measured on and the date it was taken.
Can I get a refund?
What applies is set out in full on the Refund Policy page, which is worth reading first since it will answer most cases immediately. If your situation is not covered there, write to us with the email on the order.
I have a question about my score rather than my account.
The FAQ covers scales, percentiles, confidence ranges and retests in more depth than an email reply reasonably can. How IQ tests work explains the mechanics behind the number. If the answer is not there, ask us.
What do you do with what I type into this form?
Your address is used to reply to you and for nothing else. The Security and Privacy Policy covers how the rest of the site handles data — including the fact that every calculator in the IQ Tools section runs entirely in your browser and transmits nothing.
Do I need an account to contact you?
No. You do not need an account to write to us, and you do not need one to use any of the IQ tools either. Only the assessment itself asks for an email address, so the result and certificate have somewhere to go.
